Our seasonal 2008 tariffs are detailed in the table below and based on two people sharing :

Our single room rate is £40 per night all year round.

Single occupancy of other rooms is price per night less 25%.

We are a non smoking household.

Children over 12 years old are welcome.

We are pleased to offer throughout the year a 10% discount
for stays of 4 days and over.

A 50% deposit is payable to secure a booking.

Our refund policy depends on individual circumstances.

We are unable to process credit and debit cards.
